What is The Ola Store Affiliate Programme?
The Ola Store Affiliate Program allows you to earn money by referring customers to The Ola Store through banner ads, text links on your website, within your email or even by word-of-mouth. You will be provided a unique referral ID for tracking of sales and when your links / leads generate sales, The Ola Store pays you a commission.

Enjoy commissions starting from 5% and up to as high as 10% commission if a monthly volume target is reached, simply by referring successful leads to us! No need to keep inventory, no need to worry about fulfillment, and no need to fret over customer service. It is that simple!
2. Receive commissions up to 12 calendar months with our referral scheme
Unlike other affiliate programmes, we do not track sales conversion within a 90 day period because we believe sometimes customers do require a little more time to decide, especially when the planning important events of their lives. In addition, customers may also come back to purchase a item that they had forgotten to purchase the first time around. Therefore as long as the customer makes any purchase (not just the first) within 12 calendar months from their sign-up date, you will still be entitled to the referral commission. It does not matter if they decide only 6 months later, or place a repeat order 4 months down the road.
3. No-limit referral scheme
While some stores cap the maximum referral fee their affiliates can earn, we do not set this cap. The sky’s the limit! The more successful referrals you have, the more you will earn!
4. Well laid out and easy-to-shop store
What could be worse than entering a haphazardly organized and ill-managed retail store? Customers will just walk right out and simply wouldn’t buy! All elements on The Ola Store has been thought through very carefully to maximize the shopping experience at The Ola Store. And this in turn will increase the likelihood of your referees purchasing with us.

While many stores do not ship internationally, we ship to almost all destinations that DHL ships to. And this means that you are effectively having a worldwide audience too!
6. Exclusive affiliate promotions
There is probably nothing more attractive than a little promotion to help your referees make up their mind. As our affiliate, we support this wholeheartedly by periodically providing EXCLUSIVE affiliate promotions which you can in turn pass on to your referees to improve your sales conversion.
How do I join The Ola Store Referral Scheme?

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed and approved or declined within 2 business days.
How does the scheme work?
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with your own unique referral ID, together with links, banners and/or creatives.
Use these creatives as your marketing tools to tell you family, friends, readers of your website etc about us. You can then choose to promote The Ola Store via your website, email signatures, text links, blogs, or simply by telling your friends! The choices are endless and completely up to you!
When your referees click on the links, they will be directed to The Ola Store, where they can create an account for their first purchase. When customer creates an account, they will see a field to input your referral code. With this code our system will be able to track them when they place an order. When an order is placed by the visitor, it is associated with your account as the referring source and your affiliate account is credited 5% of the entire nett invoice amount (excluding any shipping charges). At the end of each month, The Ola Store will send you a cheque for the entire amount of revenue share you have earned in the previous month, once you have reached the minimum threshold of $50.00. The more visitors you refer to The Ola Store and the more of those visitors that turn into The Ola Store customers, the more revenue you make.
You MUST indicate to your referee that they will need to input your referral code or the order cannot be tracked. To encourage your referees to remember to indicate this referral code, we will send them a little mystery gift with their first purchase. You may wish to indicate this mystery gift as purchase promotion to reward them for using your referral code!
What does it cost to join?
Absolutely nothing at all! No joining fees and no account maintenance fees.
What is the commission that is being offered?
Our commissions are tiered. The commission structure start at 5% of the nett invoice value, excluding the shipping charges. Upon successful application, details to the tiered commission will be included in the Affiliate Starter Kit.

Can I participate if I reside outside of Singapore?
Absolutely!
For how long can I continue enjoying the commission on a customer? How long does a cookie last?
We do not track via cookies. All we require is to have the customer input your affiliate code upon sign up. And as long as the customer continues buying with us within 12 calendar months from sign-up date, you will enjoy the affiliate commission, which is excellent as a passive income for you!
How do I get paid?
We make payments to our affiiliates via check for Singapore affiliates and via Paypal for International affiliates.
When do I get paid?
We send out our cheques ever 25th of the month for the revenue share earned the previous month, once the minimum threshold of $50.00 is reached
Eg: Revenue earned for the month of January will be paid out on 25th Feb, assuming the minimum threshold of $50.00 is reached.
How do I know how much I have earned?
We will send a monthly report to you on the 10th of every month for the sales of the preceding month.
I don’t have a website for my business or I don’t want to put banners on my website or I want to place orders on behalf of my clients. Can I still be The Ola Store affiliate?
You will need at least a valid email address. You should also be able to describe to us how you intend to promote our products and services. In these cases, your application to be an affiliate will be considered and reviewed.
Can I place The Ola Store links, banners and other creatives anywhere on my website?
Yes, we recommend you determine the best positions that a potential The Ola Store customer would find appealing on your website and place creatives there to enable the highest click-through and conversion possible.
How many The Ola Store links, banners and other creatives can I place on my website?
There is no limit, and we encourage you to use as many as necessary and appropriate to improve click-throughs and conversion. A creative banner along with a text link or The Ola Store logo improves effectiveness.
Can I use The Ola Store photos and content from the The Ola Store websites?
The entire The Ola Store website and content are protected by copyright. If you require the use of images and content for the promotion of our products (eg on your blog), please email us to inform us of the use of these images and content, with a link to where these images and content are located, prior to using them. Approval must be obtained before using any images or content. Images and content from our websites must only be used in the promotion of sale of the product through the Affiliate Program and attributed to us.
What kind of support do I get as an affiliate?

Monthly affiliate newsletter with new product launches, promotions and interesting content you can use for your own marketing efforts.
2. Monthly affiliate report
Monthly sales report emailed to you so that you know just how much you have sold
3. An affiliate representative will be assigned to you
You will be assigned a representative. Any queries you have can be emailed directly to your representative.
How do you treat product returns and Affiliate sales?
If a customer referred by your site returns or cancels an order for refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to online credit card fraud, The Ola Store will debit your account for any commission earned on that transaction.
