Probably the first of its kind, our trade-in programme allows wedding couples, whose banquet venue provides them with wedding favours, to trade-in these favours for one that they truly like.
Wherever you are having your wedding, you will be eligible for our trade-in programme.

How does the programme work?
1. Browse through our online store and select the design that you like
2. Take a photo of your trade-in wedding favours
3. Drop us an email at info@ola.com.sg with
a) The item description, model number and the quantity you will require.
b) The photo of your packaged wedding favour
4. Our customer service personnel will be in touch with you regarding the discount applicable based on your trade-in favour and the wedding favour you wish to order.
How do I know how much discount I will be entitled to?
With the photo of your trade-in favour, and the item you wish to order, we will be able to advise the discount entitlement. Discounts can go up to 12% of the regular retail price.
How many upgrade items can I order?
You can order 10% more than the quantity you wish to trade-in. This will allow you to order a little additional, just in case you require it and yet enjoy the special price.
For example, if you are trading in 100pcs, then you will be entitled to order 110pcs at the special price. And orders beyond this will be charged at the normal price (ie in this case the price based on 110pcs tiering)
What happens if I realise that I need more favours at a later date, after my order has been placed?
The price of the wedding favours will be based on the quantity you are ordering currently. It cannot be combined with your previous order
For example, if you order 100pcs and realise that you require 50pcs more, then the price of the items for the 2nd order, will be based on a 50pcs order and not 150pcs
When do I need to send the trade-in items to you?
Trade-in wedding favours must reach us prior to the dispatch of your order.

4kg – $11
5kg – $13
6kg – $14
7kg – $16
8kg – $17
9kg – $19
10kg – $20
Large Packages (More than 10kg or larger than 40x25x20cm)
>10kg – $32.00
>20kg – $42.00
>30kg – $1.00 per additional kg
Please ensure that someone is around during the arranged delivery date and time. Failed collections will be charged at the prevailing rates.
How do I make payment for the collection charges if I wish to have Ola Designs collect my trade-in wedding favours?
Once your trade-in favours are received, you will be invoiced for the collection charges for your payment. Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of your order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PROGRAMME
1. Discount entitlement is based on the declared trade-in favour. Ola Designs LLP reserves the right to revise or withdraw the discount entitlements should there be large variations between the photo and the actual declared item
2. Clients are entitled to order up to 10% more than the trade-in favour quantity. Additional orders will be charged at regular prices.
3. Clients will be responsible for sending in the trade-in items. Collection can be arranged at an additional charge. Failure to send in trade-in items will result in discount entitlements being revised or withdrawn
4. Orders are placed specially for clients. Orders once confirmed by payment, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
